The Process

This rooftop deck renovation was designed and built by Bell Decor in collaboration with the owners vision of updating an existing rooftop deck that needed a face lift. The design consisted of bringing privacy and elegance to the roof. This was accomplished using Azek composite decking and latices material to create a long lasting and clean look. It also included many custom extras including hidden storage compartments underneath the benches, a retractable awning, granite bar top and an automated watering system for the flower beds.
