The Process

This gorgeous vacation home on the Chesapeake bay was transformed with a beautiful and state of the art pergola from Arcadia. This pergola features motorized sun shades and are fully wired with speakers, fans and lights. The client wanted to have a large and invited area to entertain and keep flow to the pool as open as possible. The patio addition have 2 large cantilevered Italian umbrellas, a built-in BBQ and over sized absolute counter top. Many other renovations we done including the exterior stairs and railing, a country style fence, exterior painting of the entire house. Also bathroom renovations and kitchen alterations.
