The Process

This home renovation was completed by Bell Decor, in collaboration with Architect Dale Owen Overmayer. The project consisted of a complete restoration / renovation of this beautiful historic Victorian Georgetown home and guest carriage house. It included a completely rebuild of all HVAC, mechanical / plumbing and electrical systems, redesigning the master suite layout, adding cathedral ceilings with exposed trusses wrapped in reclaimed hardwoods in living room, a full kitchen renovation, adding a solarium / foyer and a complete pool / landscaping renovation.
